The Haunted House is where the Mayor of Hallowee Ville and his daughter, Nebula, used to live, before it, along with all of Hallowee Ville, was taken over by General Monkey, who converted into a laboratory. It became surrounded by robot animals and tight security. On the way to General Monkey, Kutaro ended up cutting and destroying the house.
